Venue engages Artist for a live performance at The Salt Line @ The Streamline on the following terms:

Artist's technical and hospitality rider, attached as TheSaltLine_Rider_v3.pdf, is incorporated by reference. Venue shall use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill all rider requirements. Any deviation requires Artist's prior written consent.

Either party may terminate this agreement up to 14 days before the engagement without penalty. Cancellation by Venue inside that window obligates Venue to pay the full performance fee. Cancellation by Artist inside that window requires Artist to refund any crowdfund and deposit payments via Stripe Connect.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to acts of God, hurricane, government order, or any event beyond reasonable control. Best-faith rescheduling shall be attempted before refund.
